The Hotel is named after the famous german composer Richard Wagner who lived in Palermo in the namesake street with his family between 1881 and 1882. The hotel has been totally restructured and renovated in 2003-2004. The Hotel is located in the heart of Palermo and consists in n. 60 rooms & 3 suites, one SPA, meeting rooms, conference hall, roof restautants, kitchen & loundry.

• New Central Energy Building (Heat, Cool)
• Piping distribution for HVAC and pumbling systems
• Air conditioning production by means AHU (Air Handling Unit) and duct distribution
• Fire Prevention system (Fire Detection) and Fire Fighting systems (fire wet standpipe).
• Waste Water treatment plant and potable water production system
• New transformer substation MV-LV
• Installation of main and secondary switch panels and distribution engineering
• Realizations of indoor and outdoor lighting systems
• Installation of a Diesel Generating Set
• Special System: BMS, Fire Alarm, Public Address, TDS (Telephone and Data Systems), CCTV.
• Sat Tv system and interactive TV system.
• Access control system.
