The Mercure Hotel Muscat is situated on a area of about 2000 m² in a strategic location, very close to the new Seeb International Airport and the main connection roads in Muscat.

The project is based on creating a business hotel with the comfort and high quality solutions of a 4*hotel. The Hotel will have around 178 rooms divided in 170 standards rooms and 8 suites. The building is characterized by 2 basement floors, a ground floor, 6 floors and a penthouse with the suites. The project includes restaurant, juice lounge, main lobby and a business center at the ground floor with 6 meeting rooms of different size. At the first level the swimming pool, gym and wellness facilities are located.
