The Resort has the Club House; a new and modern building 200 m from the sea. It houses rooms and suites and is home to all the main services: lobby, bar, restaurant, SPA and fitness room. The Fattoria, a former guest house of the Castle of Falconara, brought back to life through careful restoration. The Falconara Charming House & Resort has an elegant Wellness Centre with a Turkish bath, two massage rooms and a “relaxation room” with tea and soft music in the background.

Technicians of Sering carried out the Detailed and Construction design of the following Systems:

• New Central Energy Building (Heat, Cool)
• Piping distribution for HVAC and pumbling systems
• Air conditioning production by means AHU (Air Handling Unit) and duct distribution
• Fire Prevention system (Fire Detection) and Fire Fighting systems (fire hydrants).
• Waste Water treatment plant and potable water production system
• New transformers substation MV-LV
• Installation of main and secondary switch panels and distribution engineering
• Realizations of indoor and outdoor lighting systems
• Installation of a Generating Set
• Special System: BMS, Fire Alarm, Public Address, TDS (Telephone and Data Systems), CCTV
