The project entrusted to SERING by Omanoil in 2023 stands as a significant example of integration between commercial development and architectural innovation. The main initiatives focused on two strategic locations in Muscat: the Bausher area and the Youth Centre, both characterized by large-scale interventions combining diverse functionalities.
In the Bausher area, a multifunctional building was designed to incorporate commercial spaces, offices, a hotel, restaurants, and a large-scale service station. The project aims to create an attractive hub for the public, fostering new economic and social dynamics in the area.

The Youth Centre in Muscat, on the other hand, was envisioned as a youth gathering hub spanning a total area of 16,500 square meters. This multifunctional space includes areas dedicated to cultural and recreational activities, a 3,000-square-meter shopping center, and a 22,000-square-meter underground parking facility. The addition of a service station enhances practicality, addressing the urban mobility needs of the area.

Every stage, from concept design to spatial planning, reflected the studio’s commitment to creating innovative solutions aligned with the client’s ambitions and the specific characteristics of the region. These projects make a significant contribution to transforming Muscat into a dynamic, multifunctional urban center capable of attracting investments and improving the quality of life for its residents.
