Renovation and upgrading works have begun at the Palazzo dello Sport, located in the ZEN district of Palermo. This strategic infrastructure project aims to restore the facility’s functionality and transform it into a modern venue capable of hosting sports events and public performances. The renovation is being carried out in accordance with the standards set by the Italian Basketball Federation (FIP) to obtain “Silver 2” certification, which allows the facility to host national-level competitions.
